We understand that situation will arise in which you may have to cancel your appointment. However you may be preventing another patient from receiving treatment. Kindly provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. This allows us to book another patient. Cancellation of appointments less than 24 hours before the schedule time will be subject to R500 cancellation fee.
